I would like to register for the Schoodic Science Workshop at Schoodic Institute. The meeting package includes your registration and sustainability fees, a welcome reception and dinner on the 6th, breakfast, snack/coffee breaks and dinner on the 7th, 8th and 9th, ending with breakfast on the 10th. There will be a lobster dinner one evening!

Schoodic Institute understands how disappointing it can be for our guests who need to cancel their trip. Please read the cancellation policy outlined below. By completing this registration and payment, confirming your reservation and signing below, you agree to the terms and conditions stated regarding cancellation due to any reason.
If you cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, you will get your money back, less a $50 per room processing fee. If you cancel in the last 2 weeks prior to arrival, we will retain 50% of total payment made. When cancelled in the last 72 hours prior to check in at 3pm, the full 100% of your reservation will be charged. We advise you to buy travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances and to avoid any costs associated with cancellation. A shortened stay or not showing up will be regarded as a cancellation, and guests will be charged for their room. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 10am.
