What did the owl eat for lunch? Join Education Specialist Sarah Hooper to investigate the hidden clues in barn owl pellets! Discover the amazing adaptations that owls use to survive and hunt in field, forest, and mountains, including how and why owls create pellets. Participants will then examine their own owl pellets, using the tiny bones inside as clues to owl diet and habitat. Can you figure out the mystery of what the owl ate?
Appropriate for children ages 8-12+… and family detectives, too!
