Forest Bathing with Sandy Fortin – POSTPONED

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, this event has been POSTPONED.  The rescheduled event date has yet to be determined.

Join certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide Sandy Fortin of Energy Elements on Sunday, March 29 for a repeat of her Acadia Winter Festival session, Forest Bathing.

Explore nature through sensory invitations and sharing in the practice of Shrinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing.  Be prepared to be outdoors for up to two hours with limited activity and slow movements. Dress warm, and wear footwear appropriate for winter trail walking. Hand and foot warmers are encouraged.

Appropriate for ages 8 and up; youth must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at Schooner Commons at 1 PM where you can enjoy coffee and hot chocolate.  Please park at the North Lot, accessible on the right, as you approach Schooner Commons.
