Forest Bathing

Explore nature through sensory invitations and sharing in the practice of Shrinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing with certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide Sandy Fortin of Energy Elements.

Be prepared to be outdoors for up to two hours with limited activity and slow movements. Dress warm, and wear footwear appropriate for winter trail walking. Hand and foot warmers are encouraged. This activity concludes with locally harvested tea and snacks.

Appropriate for ages 8 and up; youth must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at Moore Auditorium.
