Landscaping for Wildlife with Deborah Perkins

October 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Deb Perkins in flowering garden

Join us October 12 at 7 PM for a free Tuesday evening lecture with Deborah Perkins, owner of First Light Wildlife Habitats.  Landscaping for Wildlife will be a presentation centered around how to cultivate a wildlife habitat in your garden, backyard, and beyond.  Topics will include pollinator habitats for bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds; backyard bird habitats; and building native plant communities that support an array of species and promote biodiversity.

Deborah is a wildlife ecologist with 25 years of experience and a lifelong commitment to wildlife conservation.  As “The Personal Ecologist” Deb partners with eco-minded landowners to create thriving wildlife habitats in their backyards, gardens, fields and farms, woods, or campuses – at any scale.  Deb’s infectious enthusiasm and dynamic speaking style leave people feeling inspired, hopeful, and ready to take action.

In-person space is limited and registration is required for in-person and online attendance.
