February 6 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Easily recognized by its spines (or quills), the porcupine is well known in Maine. Some might consider it a pest or a danger to dogs, but there is more to this animal than a need to gnaw and a prickly exterior. Find out more about the life of the porcupine and the spines that make it one of a kind.

Presented by Crystal Lewis, Teaching Assistant with Schoodic Institute, via Zoom.
