Winter Bird Drawing Workshop
February 8, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Want to learn how to draw a chickadee, sea duck or snowy owl? In this fun and low-pressure workshop, explore sketching the birds of winter using photographic lessons and mounted specimens. Open to beginners. Loosen up artist hand-to-eye coordination through fun exercises, and discussion. Practice some sketching techniques for making visual notes when watching birds in the field, and work on some details of anatomy and structure. All materials will be provided but people are welcome to bring their own supplies.
