A short pelagic trip off the coast promises seabirds like shearwaters\, storm-petrels\, and boobies before we head into the mountains for an entirely different birding experience. \nAs we ascend into the Sierra Madre del Sur\, we trade coastal heat for cool pine-oak forests and cloud forest vistas.
