2025 Sea Sherpa Kayak & Guillemot Kayaks Peer Event

Reserve Your Space

Lodging is apartment style. Choose a private bedroom, with shared living space and bathroom for a single participant or a couple. You may list a roommate preference below if there is someone you would like to request to share an apartment with. Couples will be in a private bedroom, shared bed. If you have any questions regarding private apartments or upgraded lodging in Rockefeller Hall, please call Michelle at 207/288-1356 to check on availability. Meal package includes breakfast and dinner daily, beginning with dinner on day of arrival and ending with breakfast on day of departure. One evening will be a traditional Maine lobster dinner! A reminder that lunches each day are "on your own" and can be easily managed in your fully equipped kitchen at your unit.

Lodging assignments are based on guests sleeping in a private bedroom in a shared apartment. If you know someone else attending you may list them, otherwise one will be assigned. Private accommodations may be available for an additional charge. Please call Michelle Pinkham at 207-288-1356 to check availability and pricing.

Lobster Dinner(Required)
Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions you may have regarding your diet. Dietary needs: We are able to confidently accommodate special diets for those requiring gluten-free, dairy-free or vegetarian meals. We have ideas for those with other dietary restrictions or food allergies, however, for your safety, and because we do not have a licensed dietitian on staff, we have had to limit the special meals to the three listed above. Premade, retail, vegan meals will be available at an additional cost, but must be requested and paid for in advance of your visit. To make this request, please email mmoshier@schoodicinstitute.org. If you have a restricted diet other than vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free, we recommend you bring food with you to supplement your meals. All of our lodging includes the option for refrigeration.

To reserve your space on this tour, payment in full is required. There will be a minimum $100 cancellation fee.
Schoodic Institute understands how disappointing it can be for our guests who need to cancel their trip. Please read the cancellation policy outlined below. By completing your payment, confirming your reservation and signing below, you agree to the terms and conditions stated regarding cancellation due to any reason.
If a participant cancels for any reason we will use the following refund policy:
• A $100 cancellation fee will be held for cancellation that is received at least 31 days before the start of a registered tour.
• 50% of your total payment will be refunded if cancelled 30 days before the start of your registered tour, unless we are able to fill your space, and the tour is full.
• 20% of your total payment will be refunded if cancelled within 14 days before start of registered tour, unless we are able to fill your space, and the tour is full.
• if cancellation is within 72 hours there is no refund.
A written request for cancellation is required by email - addressed to mpinkham@schoodicinstitute.org
We advise you to buy travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances and to avoid any costs associated with cancellation.
If Schoodic Institute cancels a session, it will issue full refunds of payments to the paid participants.
