2023 is the eighth full season of fall migration monitoring at Schoodic Point, and the first year of daily counts into December. Each passing bird is making history!

Nathan Dubrow, a recent graduate of College of the Atlantic, deserves full-throated kudos for tracking a remarkable season. With the count still in progress, a final summary will be forthcoming in January. In the meantime, picture yourself on Schoodic Point: with each passing hour, an average variety of about 30 species totaling 257 individuals grace your field of view!
