As the Director of Food Services, Danielle leads the food service team in providing healthy and high quality food for all Schoodic Institute guests. She creates and leads a food system that relies on locally-sourced food and works to promote a healthy and environmentally aware philosophy at Schooner Commons.
Danielle’s favorite part of working at Schoodic is her ability to be creative in developing seasonal menus, and she enjoys the diversity in her daily tasks. From feeding a group of hungry students in the Schoodic Education Adventure (SEA) program, catering an event at Moore Auditorium, or making delicious and hearty field lunches, everyday brings on a new set of challenges.
Danielle has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality field and is happy to continually grow and adapt in this ever-changing industry. In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling, cooking, and baking with her teenage son.
