Born and raised in Sullivan, Maine, Jordan is a Sumner High School graduate and a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. Jordan opened Downeast Cheesecakes with his best friend shortly after college, bringing delicious cheesecake and cheesecake jars into every home in Hancock County!
Since high school, Jordan has worked at numerous restaurants in and around Ellsworth and most recently served as Bistro Manager at Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor. In his free time, believe it or not, Jordan enjoys cooking and dining out with family and friends.
